“Prior to training with Matt I was in what I thought was great shape. I had minor aches and pains which I assumed was work related. I had issues with my hips and lower back which seemed to come and go and were not caused by any specific event. My workout routine focused on core strength. The equipment used was primarily Hammer Strength type machines, jump rope and medicine ball. These workouts were physically challenging and focused on getting as many proper reps completed in a set amount of time.
